智造车间

智造车间是建振石创基地（观光工厂）的核心和亮点，目前使用的是全球***的智能雕刻机器人——德国库卡（KUKA）机器人。德国库卡机器人有限公司成立于1898年，是***工业机器人四大家族之一。

KUKA雕刻机械手是***的技术工具，可用于石材雕刻的所有3D设计雕刻。KUKA雕刻机械手将传统工匠的石材加工经验与机器人技术结合，该系统只需要几个简单的手动操作，就可以自动工作，还具有远程诊断、干预等功能。新一代KUKA雕刻机械手可以有效的解决传统人工雕刻粉尘大、污染环境等问题，使作业环境（空气、噪声）与人工（职业病、加工速度、用工成本）达到***环保、安全生产等要求标准，且拥有还原度高、成本低等优点，让雕刻尽可能简单，完美呈现艺术品的形态及神韵。

我们正在进入一个新的雕刻时代，不再是由碎石、凿子和灰尘组成，而是由设计、3D建模、扫描、智能机械加工、人工精修优化细节组成。

Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop

The intelligent manufacturing workshop is the core and highlight of Jianzhen Stone Carving Art Base(Tourism factory). It currently uses the world's most advanced intelligent engraving robots – German KUKA robots. Founded in 1898, Kuka Robotics GMBH is one of the four leading industrial robot families in the world.

KUKA carving manipulator is the most advanced technical tool that can be used for all 3D design carving of stone carving. The KUKA carving robot combines the experience of traditional artisans in stone processing with robot technology. The system only requires a few simple manual operations and can work automatically. It also has functions such as remote diagnosis and intervention. The new generation KUKA carving robotic arm can effectively solve the problems of traditional manual carving such as high dust and environmental pollution, making the working environment (air, noise) and labor (occupational diseases, processing speed, labor costs) meet national environmental protection and safety production standards. It also has the advantages of high restoration and low cost, making carving as simple as possible and perfectly presenting the form and charm of art.

We are entering a new era of carving, no longer composed of crushed stones, chisels, and dust, but composed of design, 3D modeling, scanning, intelligent mechanical processing, and manual refinement to optimize details.
